At 803, every detail matters. From the fit of your jumpsuit to the moment your package arrives — our goal is to deliver confidence, luxury, and ease at every step.


📦 Shipping

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 36–48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends & holidays).

Pre-orders: Estimated ship dates will always be displayed at checkout. You’ll receive tracking updates the moment your order is on its way.
Shipping confirmation: A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.


📏 Sizing & Fit

803 pieces are intentionally designed to be snug, sculpting, and form-fitting — crafted to highlight your shape while moving with you.

✨ For a more relaxed fit, we recommend ordering one size up.
✨ If you’re between sizes, size up for comfort without losing the sleek silhouette.
✨For taller frames and longer torsos, sizing up is recommended


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 803 purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, eligible items may be exchanged or issued a store credit within 14 days of delivery. 

✨ Please review the sizing chart and fit notes carefully before ordering.

We currently do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

✨Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty.

✨Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
